Applicants who obtained the qualifying educational qualification through Distance Learning, Part-Time or Correspondence Mode are not eligible for the apprenticeship training, and their applications will not be considered.
The advertisement further states that apprentices who fail to complete the entire training period or remain absent from training without valid grounds under the provisions of the Apprenticeship Act, 1961, may have their contract terminated without notice.

Applicants are advised to retain a copy of the printed online application form for future reference.

Only Eligible Candidates Should Apply
The company has advised candidates to read the complete advertisement and verify their eligibility before submitting an application.
If it is found at any stage that an applicant does not meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, the candidature may be rejected without disclosing a reason.
Similarly, if a candidate is later found to have provided incorrect information in the online application, the candidature may be cancelled at any stage.
Legal proceedings concerning any matter, claim or dispute arising from the advertisement or an application submitted in response to it can be instituted only in Mumbai, with courts or forums at Mumbai having jurisdiction as stated in the notification.
Candidates Can Apply for Only One Discipline or Trade
One of the key instructions in the RCF apprenticeship advertisement is that candidates must apply for only one discipline, trade or area of training according to their eligibility.
If a candidate submits applications for more than one discipline, trade or area of training, all applications submitted by that candidate will be rejected and none will be considered for further processing.
Candidates should therefore select the discipline carefully after checking their educational qualification and the specific eligibility requirements listed in the advertisement.
Accuracy of Online Application Is Important
Screening and selection will be based on the information provided in the online application form.
RCF has advised applicants to provide accurate, complete and correct information. Furnishing wrong or false information will result in disqualification, according to the notification.
The company also states that applicants are not required to send or submit documents while applying online. Documents will be verified later if the candidate is called for verification.
Meeting the minimum eligibility requirements alone does not guarantee selection for apprenticeship training.
The selection will be carried out according to the criteria and procedure prescribed by RCF. The management may also raise the minimum eligibility criteria or other conditions to restrict the number of candidates selected for apprenticeship training.
RCF Management's Selection Authority
The notification states that the decision of RCF Ltd. management will be final and binding on candidates regarding eligibility, acceptance or rejection of applications, the mode of selection and cancellation of the selection process, whether partly or fully.
The company also states that no correspondence will be entertained on these matters.
Only the online application form completed on the RCF Ltd. website will be considered.
The advertisement further states that, to maintain the prescribed apprentice engagement quota, there may be variations of up to 10% in the posts earmarked in the advertisement depending on the response received.
First-Come, First-Served Provision in Case of Insufficient Response
The notification includes a provision for situations where the response to the advertisement is insufficient to meet the prescribed quota.
In such a case, applications may be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. However, only candidates who have submitted their applications online and meet the eligibility conditions specified in the advertisement will be considered for the subsequent selection process.
The notification also makes clear that simply applying for one of the advertised trades does not automatically make a candidate eligible or guarantee selection for that trade.
Apprenticeship Does Not Guarantee Regular Employment
Candidates considering the RCF apprenticeship should note the company’s explicit condition regarding future employment.
The apprenticeship training does not create a right or claim to regular employment with RCF Ltd. The company states that it has no obligation to provide regular employment to apprentices after completion of the training.
The advertisement describes the apprenticeship as training under the Board of Apprenticeship Training scheme and its guidelines and states that the training does not create an obligation on RCF to provide a job.
This condition is also stated earlier in the advertisement, where RCF says that apprentices will not have a right or claim to regular employment based on the apprenticeship at any stage.
Seats May Not Be Filled in Every Case
The advertisement states that filling the advertised seats is solely at the discretion of the management and will depend on the suitability of candidates.
If some seats remain vacant because of the unsuitability of candidates or an insufficient number of candidates, no claim for engagement will arise on that basis.
This means applicants must meet the prescribed requirements and should not treat the listed number of seats as an assurance that every position will necessarily be filled.
Communication With RCF
For communication regarding the apprenticeship advertisement, candidates are instructed to use the email address provided by RCF: apprentice2026@rcfltd.com.
The notification specifically states that no telephonic call or personal visit will be entertained for communication concerning the apprenticeship. It further states that an attempt to communicate through such means may lead to disqualification from ACT Apprenticeship Training.
