The Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE), Bemina Campus Srinagar, has issued the schedule for submission of online examination forms and renewal registration returns for students appearing in the Annual/Regular 2026 examinations under the October-November session.

According to the notifications, students of Classes 10, 11 and 12 who are currently enrolled in affiliated academic institutions and are eligible to appear in the examinations are required to complete the prescribed online process through the JKBOSE website.

For students following the normal-fee schedule, September 5, 2026, is the last date for submission. The examination-form schedule covers candidates from the Kashmir Division, erstwhile District Kargil and the Union Territory of Ladakh, as specified in the respective notifications.

Class 10 JKBOSE Exam Form Deadline

For students appearing in the Secondary School Examination (Class 10th), the normal-fee online submission window opened on August 17, 2026, while the closing date is September 5, 2026.

The notification specifies a fee of Rs. 1,300 for candidates with five compulsory subjects. For candidates opting for additional or optional subjects, the applicable fee is Rs. 1,535.

Students who do not complete the process under the normal-fee schedule have a subsequent late-fee schedule. The first late-fee window is scheduled from September 6 to September 10, 2026, while the second late-fee window is scheduled from September 11 to September 14, 2026.

Under the first late-fee count, the total fee is Rs. 2,150 for five subjects and Rs. 2,385 for five-plus subjects. Under the second count, the total fee is Rs. 3,490 for five subjects and Rs. 3,725 for five-plus subjects.

Class 11 JKBOSE Form Submission

For Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11th) students, the notification also fixes September 5, 2026, as the closing date for submission with normal fee. The online link for the process opened on August 17, 2026.

Candidates with five compulsory subjects are required to pay Rs. 1,750, comprising the examination fee and renewal registration fee. Candidates with additional subjects are required to pay Rs. 2,015.

A late-fee schedule has also been provided. The first late-fee window will remain open from September 6 to September 10, 2026. The total fee during this period is Rs. 2,600 for five subjects and Rs. 2,865 for five-plus subjects.

The second late-fee count is scheduled from September 11 to September 14, 2026, with total fees of Rs. 3,390 for five subjects and Rs. 4,205 for five-plus subjects.

Class 12 JKBOSE Examination Forms

For Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12th) candidates, the normal-fee submission period also closes on September 5, 2026. The notification states that the online process opened on August 17, 2026.

Candidates with five compulsory subjects are required to pay Rs. 1,800, including the Rs. 50 migration certificate fee. Candidates with additional subjects are required to pay Rs. 2,065, also including the migration certificate fee.

The notification provides two subsequent late-fee windows. The first is scheduled from September 6 to September 10, 2026, during which the total fee is Rs. 2,650 for five subjects and Rs. 2,915 for five-plus subjects.

The second late-fee window runs from September 11 to September 14, 2026. During this period, the total fee is Rs. 3,990 for five subjects and Rs. 4,255 for five-plus subjects.

Students Advised to Complete the Process

JKBOSE has advised stakeholders to go through the detailed instructions and FAQs available on the official website before filling out the examination forms. Only academic institutions affiliated with JKBOSE for the 2025-26 academic session are eligible to participate in the process.

After completion of the online service, institutions are required to generate the checklist from their respective school login accounts. The checklist must be duly signed and stamped by the Head of the Institution and submitted to the concerned Sub/Branch office within ten days.

Special Provision for CWSN Candidates

The notifications also contain a provision for Children with Special Needs (CWSN) candidates having a benchmark disability of 40 percent or more. Such candidates are exempted from paying the examination and renewal registration fee.

However, they are required to take a printout of the examination form submitted online, have it attested by the Head of the concerned academic institution, and submit it to the concerned JKBOSE Sub/Branch office along with a copy of the disability certificate issued by the competent authority.

Important Reminder for JKBOSE Students

For students who have not yet completed the process, September 5, 2026, is the final day under the normal-fee schedule for Classes 10, 11 and 12.

Students and affiliated institutions should ensure that the required examination forms and renewal registration returns are submitted through the prescribed online process. The notifications specifically state that no examination form shall be entertained after the last date, while also providing the separately scheduled late-fee windows beginning September 6.

The JKBOSE notifications therefore make September 5 an important deadline for students seeking to complete their examination-form submission under the normal-fee schedule for the Annual/Regular 2026 October-November session.
