Cluster University Srinagar Releases Provisional Answer Key for PG Business Administration and Education Entrance Test 2026; Objections Invited Till August 3

The Office of the Controller of Examinations, Cluster University Srinagar, has published the provisional answer key for the entrance examination conducted for admission to the 1-Year and 2-Year Postgraduate (PG) programmes in Business Administration and Education. The entrance test was held on August 1, 2026, and the university has invited candidates to review the answer key and raise objections, if any, within the prescribed timeline.

According to the official Key Challenge Notice issued by the university, the provisional answer keys for the series-wise question papers have been appended as Annexure A for Business Administration and Annexure B for Education. Candidates who appeared in the examination can verify their responses using the published answer key before the final version is released.

Candidates Can Challenge the Provisional Answer Key

Cluster University Srinagar has provided an opportunity for candidates to submit objections against any answer they believe to be incorrect. Those intending to challenge the provisional answer key must submit their objections along with documentary proof or evidence supporting their claim.

The university has prescribed an objection fee of Rs. 200 per question. However, this amount will be refunded if the representation or objection is found to be genuine and correct after evaluation by the competent authority.

Online Payment Facility Available

Candidates are required to pay the prescribed fee through the online payment link available on the home page of the Cluster University Srinagar website. The payment receipt must be attached while submitting the objection.

The university has clarified that objections submitted without the required documentary evidence or fee receipt may not be considered during the review process.

Objections Must Be Submitted Through Email Only

As per the official notification, objections and representations will be accepted only through online mode. Candidates must send their objections via email to controller@cusrinagar.edu.in along with the payment receipt and supporting documents.

The last date and time for submitting objections is August 3, 2026, up to 2:00 PM. The university has made it clear that no representations received after the stipulated deadline will be entertained.

Revision of Answer Key If Objections Are Found Valid

The Controller of Examinations has stated that if any objection is found to be valid after examination, the provisional answer key will be revised accordingly. Any correction made in the answer key will apply uniformly to all candidates who appeared in the examination.

The university has also informed candidates that individual communication regarding the acceptance or rejection of objections will not be provided. Instead, any necessary revisions will be reflected in the final answer key released by the university.

The notice bears No. CUS/Exam/26/1251-55 and is dated August 1, 2026. Copies of the notification have also been forwarded to the Dean Academic Affairs, the concerned faculty, the Vice Chancellor's office, and the university's IT section for uploading on the official website.

Important Instructions for Candidates

Candidates who appeared in the PG entrance examination should carefully review the provisional answer key corresponding to their question paper series before submitting any objection.

Only objections supported by valid documentary evidence and accompanied by the prescribed fee will be considered. The university has emphasized that submissions made after 2:00 PM on August 3, 2026, or through any mode other than the specified email process, will not be accepted.

After examining all valid objections, Cluster University Srinagar will finalize the answer key. Any revisions, if required, will be implemented for all candidates before the subsequent stages of the admission process.
