The Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K) has officially announced the date for the declaration of the University Entrance Test (UET-UG-EDS) 2026 results. The examination was conducted for admission to the B.Sc. (Hons.) Economics & Data Sciences undergraduate degree programme.

According to a notification issued by the Office of the Controller of Examinations, the results will be made available on the university website on July 29, 2026 (Wednesday) from 11:00 AM onwards. Candidates who appeared in the written examination will be able to log in to their respective accounts to view, download, and print their result or scorecard.

Entrance Examination Held on July 4

The university stated that the University Entrance Test (UET-UG-EDS) 2026 was conducted on July 4, 2026 (Saturday) for admission to the B.Sc. (Hons.) Economics & Data Sciences programme.

Following the examination, the answer key relating to the OMR-based written test was notified through Notification No. AU/CoE/EDS/2026/958-962, dated 04.07.2026.

After completion of the required process, the university has now confirmed that the result will be published online for all candidates who appeared in the examination.

Result to Be Available Online from 11:00 AM

As per the official notification, candidates can access their results beginning 11:00 AM on July 29, 2026.

To check the result, candidates must log in through their individual accounts on the SKUAST-K admissions portal. After signing in, they will be able to view their performance and download or print their scorecard for future reference.

Students are advised to keep their login credentials ready to ensure a smooth and timely access to their results once they are released.

Important Admission Instructions

The university has also issued important instructions regarding the admission process following the declaration of results.

According to the notification, merely appearing in the result or score sheet will not entitle any candidate to be called for document verification or admission. Every candidate must fulfil all eligibility conditions prescribed by the university.

The notification further states that admission will be subject to the decision of the counselling board, and its decision in this regard shall be final.

Document Verification Schedule to Be Issued Separately

SKUAST-K has clarified that the schedule for document verification will not be released along with the results.

Instead, the university will notify the document verification programme separately for candidates who fall within the zone of consideration. Candidates are therefore advised to regularly check official university updates for further announcements related to the admission process.

Official Notification Details

The notification regarding the declaration of results has been issued by the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir.

It has been released under Notification No. AU/CoE/EDS/2026/1144-1160, dated July 28, 2026, and bears the signature of Prof. (Dr.) K. N. Qaisar, Controller of Examinations.

The university has instructed candidates to visit the official admissions portal from 11:00 AM on July 29, 2026, to access their result, download their scorecard, and retain a printed copy for use during the subsequent stages of the admission process.
